For now - "Here" means the City of Chicago. Because that is where "here" is for us. By City of Chicago we mean public and private areas which utilize the City of Chicago Blue Bin recycling program.
Rules may vary depending on where "here" is for you. Private buildings and recyclers may have different rules,
Expect changes as recycling technology advances in the near future. As time goes on we expect more and more to be recycleable. An item that cannot be recycled here today may be added to the list tomorrow. So even "Here" the rules will change depending upon when "Now" is.
